Installation process and equipment accessories for DES-300 fully electric servo turret punch press (1250mm)

1. Personnel and tools

The installation of the host and auxiliary equipment should be carried out by professionals. In the initial installation stage, users should prepare 1-2 personnel to assist with the installation.

During installation, users need to prepare the following tools and materials:

① Cleaning agent ②  cotton yarn/cloth ③ forklift and crane

④ bar level (0.2mm/m) ⑤Activity wrench

⑥for trial punching of sheet metal⑦Compressed air

⑧ power supply/cable

2. Foundation

The foundation of the machine tool is prepared by the user

before the installation of the machine. Our company will provide the user with the dimensional drawings and relevant technical requirements of the foundation in advance, as shown in the figure. Before the installation of the machine, the foundation should be excavated and prepared for installation and commissioning. If the foundation of the installation site is flat and the thickness meets the requirements, the step of excavating the foundation can be omitted. Iron pads can be placed on the 6 floor mats of the machine, and the feet can be reinforced with expansion screws connected to the machine tool.

Equipment dimensions: length X width X height: 5000mm X5200mm X2280mm, as shown in the figure:

Leave 2-5 meters on each side of the X-axis equipment table (depending on the longest plate), and 0.5-5 meters on both sides of the Y-axis equipment. The dimensions of the bed body are length X width X height: 5000mm X 1800mm X 2240mm, as shown in the figure:

4. Gas source

The air source used by the machine is 0.60Mpa, which needs to be provided by the user. The air source should meet the following requirements:

(1) The air compressor must be an industrial air compressor with adjustable pressure, and a pressure reducing valve should be installed if necessary;

(2) Before installing the machine, the air compressor should be installed properly;

(3) The air compressor should be equipped with a pressure gauge and a pressure-reducing valve;

(4) Air pressure: stable 0.60Mpa, dry and clean compressed air, air compressor displacement: ≥ 400mL/min, air pipe with a diameter of 8mm led to the equipment;

(5) A compressed air compressor needs to provide clean and dry compressed air. In areas with very humid air, a compressed air dryer must be added. Otherwise, problems such as water ingress into pneumatic components causing increased piston friction resistance, wear of sealing rings leading to air leakage, etc., especially in winter when it is prone to icing, can worsen damage to pneumatic components.

5. Environmental temperature: 0 ℃ -40 ℃;  Below 0 ℃, components such as oil-water separators and gas tanks that may contain water may freeze, and lubricating oil may become too viscous due to low temperature, affecting lubrication effectiveness and leading to component damage or failure.

6. Environmental humidity: Relative humidity 20-80% RH (non condensing).

7. Stay away from strong vibration sources and electromagnetic interference;  If the distance is too close, the user must be equipped with a filter, otherwise, it may cause problems such as computer screen flashing, LED light flashing, driver alarm, encoder abnormality, or interference with other nearby devices.

8. Power supply 380 ± 5% V (with neutral wire). If the local voltage is not 380 ± 5% V, a transformer needs to be added to adjust the voltage to 380 ± 5% V. The cable is 3x25mm ²+1 national standard copper core and connected to the equipment; The voltage fluctuation ranges from -5% to+10%; When there are significant voltage fluctuations, users must equip voltage regulators, otherwise, it may cause low-voltage electrical appliances to be in abnormal working conditions, reduce or damage the lifespan of electrical components, scrap processed products, stop working due to motor alarms, and damage to computer hard drives.

Frequency: 50Hz

9. An environment with minimal dust, and no harmful or corrosive gases.

10. Prepare 000 # lithium grease and 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil.

11. The user should select personnel with a high school education level or above, who understand basic computer operations and can work in this position for a long time for training.

12. Open the box

(1) Open box inspection

After opening the box, check the quantity of each accessory according to the packing list. If any machine damage or packaging or transportation errors are found, please notify our company in a timely manner, and we will solve the problem for the customer as soon as possible.

(2) Lifting and hoisting

Ensure that the lifting capacity of the lifting equipment is above 25 tons.  There is a dedicated lifting device on the bed, which uses four steel wire ropes with a lifting weight of more than 10 tons to lift the equipment at four fixed lifting positions. When lifting the equipment, place the ground ox tank on the front foot of the equipment, one on one side, and one guided ground ox tank in the middle of the equipment. Use a forklift with a weight of more than 20 tons to insert the equipment into the designated installation position, and place the six feet of the equipment on the prepared six pads. During the lifting process, pay attention to the safety of surrounding personnel and the integrity of the equipment.

7. Installation

(1) Install and fix the machine tool

Lift the machine tool to a suitable position in the workshop, place the machine tool shock absorber adjustment pad at the foot of the machine tool, use a level to check and adjust the overall levelness of the machine tool's worktable, requiring a deviation of less than 0.2mm every 1000mm length. Tighten the foot lock nut evenly, and then use a level to recheck the levelness of the worktable.  Note that it is best to recheck the level of the workbench after one week of use of the machine tool.

(2) Install the electrical control part

Connect the cables and carefully check the accuracy of each cable connection.

8. Safety zone

After the installation of the machine is completed, it is recommended to apply a layer of yellow paint on the ground as a warning line. During the operation of the machine, no personnel or objects are allowed to enter the range of the warning line.
